What is your turnaround time?
We have a turnaround time of 2 months. However, if we do finish working on your photos and/or videos earlier, we'll be sure to share them with you earlier as well!
Will you give us all the photos, including the unedited ones?
No, because we believe that photos are not complete without editing. The last thing we'd want is to withhold any photos from you! However, we're humans and we still make mistakes. So if you feel we missed out any photos, just ask! We'll be more than willing to check through our photos and send it over to you!
What is payment like?
It is like music to our ears. HAHA just kidding! We require a 50% deposit to secure us for any particular date, 2 weeks after our first meeting together. The remaining 50% is to be paid within 7 days after the shoot.
Will you photoshop us?
As we are firm believers of every individual's natural beauty, we will not do anything drastic in Photoshop in the initial edit. However, if you'd like for us to photoshop certain parts of your body, let us know and we will see what can be done. Also, do let us know if you're especially self conscious about something, so we can be aware of that during our shoots together!
How many rounds of edit will there be?
1 round for both photos and videos after sharing them with you.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel the shoot?
If you have already secured the date with us by paying the deposit, we're sad to say that the deposit is legally non-refundable and a new deposit will have to be made in order to secure a new date.
What if you guys can't make it to the shoot?
If due to some unforeseen circumstances that we're suddenly not able to make it for your shoot/wedding, we would do my best to help find a replacement photographer that I trust, to take our place. If we can’t make it and a replacement photographer can't be found, your deposit will be refunded.
What if there's bad weather?
We believe beautiful and unique photos can still be taken even in less-than-ideal weather. If it is really bad though, and we can rearrange the shoot, then we will postpone it!
Do you guys do overseas shoots?
We certrainly do! Just let us know where you'd like to have your photos taken and we can work something out together with you!
